🚫 Excessive Lateness
- Riders arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their lesson time depending on scheduling availability.
🐎 Respecting the Schedule
- Arriving on time helps keep lessons running smoothly and ensures each rider gets their full, uninterrupted experience.
Horse Assignment Policy
At Eowyn Farm, horse assignments are carefully made to ensure the safety, progress, and success of both rider and horse.
🐴 Assignment Process

- Our priority is creating the best match for learning and safety
🔄 Consistency & Progression

⚖️ Horse Welfare
- We carefully manage each horse’s workload and needs
- Assignments may change based on the horse’s health, training, or daily condition
